Hello, I’m Mary, the Head of Client Care at The RBT Group. I was born and raised in Northeast Indiana, and I am married to my wonderful husband, Jeff Schendel. We have three children together: Beau, Bryce, and Brett.

Throughout my life, I have always been passionate about serving the local communities. I’ve worked in a school clinic, and now I’m proud to serve the RBT team and their clients.

As the Head of Client Care, you will find me at the front desk at the RBT Business Center, I am responsible for helping the team with their daily tasks. My can-do attitude, time management skills, and attention to detail are just some of the positive attributes I bring to the team. I am dedicated to keeping the train on the tracks, so to speak, and ensuring that everyone has what they need to succeed.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my children and grandchildren. I also enjoy taking walks, spending sunny days at the lake, and working in my garden. I believe that finding balance in life is key to staying happy and healthy, and I try to bring that same balance to my work as well.
