Hi, I’m Bethany, an executive assistant and controller for The RBT Group. I am happily married to Todd, and we have three beautiful children: Kiann, Graham, and Kaelyn.

I started my career with the RBT Group in 2020, after spending several years at home raising my children. Although it was a tough decision to step away from being a full-time mother, I knew it was time to embark on a new challenge, and I’m so glad I did.

At the RBT Group, I wear many hats, including executive assistant and accountant. However, the most crucial attribute I bring to the team is my “whatever it takes” attitude to solve any problem that comes across my desk. I take pride in my work and am always striving to improve myself and the team around me.

Outside of work, my family is my number one priority. I enjoy spending quality time with my children and husband, and I make sure to balance my work and family life to ensure that I’m giving 100% to both.
