Hello! My name is Beau, and I am a real estate professional with a passion for building and investing. I am happily married to my wife Alyssa, and together, we have three wonderful children: Kaidance, Blakely, and Crue. My upbringing in Northeast Indiana instilled in me hardworking, blue-collar family values that have carried over into my professional life.

My journey in real estate began after attending John Logan College and Indiana University on a baseball scholarship. After completing my studies, I worked as a structural steel estimator for New Millennium Building Systems – Steel Dynamics Inc., a Fortune 500 Company and the third-largest producer of carbon steel products in the United States. During my time there, I was instrumental in the construction of major commercial projects such as Costco, Home Depot, and Amazon Warehouses and HQs, along with various specialty projects, ranging from schools to stadiums.

In 2013, I purchased my first investment property, and that’s when I discovered my passion for real estate. Since then, I have managed over 100 rehabs, ranging from single-family homes to apartment complexes and commercial retail/office complexes. My success in the industry has earned me a seat as a member of the Greater Fort Wayne Inc and Dekalb County Economic Development Partnership.

My goal as a real estate professional is to serve my clients with the same level of dedication and care that I bring to my own investments.
